Legal Compliance Audit

CGRA offers Safety and Health Legal Compliance Audit services conducted at the client’s  premises.

The Safety and Health Legal Compliance Audit is conducted in accordance with Workplace Safety & Health Act and Regulations, Fire Safety Act and Regulations and Industrial best practices.

The audit shall focus on the followings areas: risk management, housekeeping, fire safety, general safety, health and environmental issues and more. It aims to improve the safety and health of company personnel working in the premises.

Safety and Health Legal compliance audit will be conducted with the following audit activities:

  1. Interview with building facilities management agent personnel;
  2. Site observations and digital photographs were taken during site inspection to illustrate any issues;
  3. Documentation review.

Observations and suggestions for further enhancement will be provided in the audit report prepared by CGRA’s auditors and submitted to the client.
