Behavioural Based Safety Training
Behavioural Based Safety Training is a positive approach toward safe work culture. Behavioural Based Safety Training is designed to influence employee actions toward safer outcomes, ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs. Behavioural based safety program implementation is the most effective way for the employer to promote safety, eliminate hazards, and prevent injuries.
When implemented correctly, a behavioural based safety program can provide positive rewards to change unsafe behaviours, reduce job-related injuries, minimize lost production hours, and improve workplace morale essential ingredients for creating a strong safety culture.

CGRA can guide employers and occupiers to prepare their workplaces for re-opening better and prepare them to implement the measures sustainably for as long as necessary.
WSH Committee Training
It is legally required under (WSH Committee Regulations) for any company with 50 employees or more to establish WSH committee at the workplace. CGRA can help your WSH Committee Members acquire basic WSH knowledge on legal requirements and knowledge of WSH committee members’ function. They will then form and carry out duties of WSH Committee at the workplace as required under the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Committees) Regulations.
